National Registration deadline is July 6th at midnight!
Please read the following details:
- All entries must be in by tomorrow (July 6, 2011) at midnight, whether it be by mail or online. No exceptions.
- If you entered online, you must still have the release notarized and sent in to: P.O. Box 797 Morgantown, WV 26507. The release cannot be faxed. You do have the option of bringing with your person(s) to the event and handing in or you can fill out at the event in the presence of one of our employees. WE MUST HAVE A RELEASE!
- When submitting photos, please make sure that photos are head shots with out sunglasses, no animals, so side shots, and in color. PLEASE NAME THE PHOTOS AS FOLLOWS: Riders Name - City, State. If photos are not submitted following these guidelines, your photo may not make it in the yearbook. So PLEASE if you have submitted a photo that does not meet the requirements above, re-submit to photo@mxsports.com
- We will have a tentative Rider Roster posted by the 11th of July. This roster will be tentative for a week, to ensure that no mistakes were made. In this week the list will be subject to change, so PLEASE check back regularly (daily). Once the list is final no changes can be made except for riders with drawing and alternates being placed.
- IF A CHECK WAS MAILED WITH YOUR ENTRY, PLEASE CONTACT US, WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING CHECKS. THIS IS AN EASY FIX ALL WE NEED IS A CREDIT CARD NUMBER. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD, SIMPLY GO TO YOUR LOCAL WAL-MART AND PURCHASE A PRE-PAID CREDIT CARD WITH THE AMOUNT NEEDED TO DO AN ONLINE ENTRY. KEEP IN MIND THERE ARE PROCESSING FEES SO PLEASE ADD EXTRA TO THE CARD FOR THOSE FEES.
- The Lottery will be announced on July 21, 2011.
- We will be updating the website with all the necessary information in the week following the closure of registration. Please be patient.
- Upon online registration closing, if you go to the registration page and try and check your "Paid Registrations" the system shuts down and will not be able to view those registrations, so please do not panic. Look at the Regional results page and look for "Green Check Marks"
We are doing our best to keep up with emails and phone calls. If the matter is extremely urgent (i.e. your entry is lost in the mail, no check marks showing entry is paid, etc) feel free to call. If the question can be answered in a day or so, please email info@mxsports.com.
