REFUND POLICY
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via the options listed below.
  • All refunds will come in the form of a check regardless of method paid.
  • All refunds will be processed 4-6 weeks after the event.
  • All refunds are subject to a one-time $5.00 processing fee per form submitted (except for Alternate riders) regardless of how many classes withdrawing from on that form.
QUALIFIED (GUARANTEED) RIDER REFUNDS

We understand that withdrawing can be a difficult decision to make, but out of courtesy to the Championship program, and riders on the Alternate list, we ask that you submit your withdrawal as soon as possible.

  • Regional Championships - Riders who qualified and registered for the Regional Championship but need to withdraw must request a refund no later than 12:00 p.m. EST on the Monday prior to the Regional Championship they are withdrawing from.

  • National Championships - Riders who qualified and registered for the National Championship but need to withdraw should make their request as soon as possible prior to the event out of courtesy to those waiting as alternates. Guaranteed riders who registered but then need to withdraw may petition MX Sports to obtain a replica of the Racing Bib they would have worn at the event. This petition will only be accepted prior to the first day of racing at the National Championship. Post event requests will not be considered. If rider is a no-show at the National Championship, a refund request must be submitted no later than 14 days after the event.
ALTERNATE RIDER REFUNDS

Out of courtesy to the National Championship program, and riders behind you on the Alternate list, we ask that you submit your withdraw request as soon as possible either before or while at the event.

  • Regional Championships - Alternate riders who were not selected for the Regional Championship will receive their full refund; however, they must request a refund no later than 14 days after the event date using the refund request form.

  • National Championships - Alternate riders not selected for the National Championship need to send a refund request (download below) to receive a full refund; however, if you would like to withdraw from the Alternate list, please submit a withdraw request indicating your decision to be removed.
MISCELLANIOUS REFUNDS (NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP PROGRAM ONLY)

  • Extra Car Passes - Proof of pass non-use is required.
  • Facility Permits - Proof of permit non-use is required.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Regional Championship refunds will not be processed after the National has begun. If you have not received your Regional refund before the start of the National Championship, contact us immediately.
  • All other extenuating circumstances for a refund request must be submitted to MX Sports via email no later than 14 days following the Regional Championship and/or National Championship. All processing will be closed after that time.
