I registered online. Now what?
Fantastic! We can't wait to see you at the world's most famous racetrack. Print out the receipt and take it with you to check-in at the Speedway. This year we will not be sending packets in advance, as too many people did not receive them in time last year. So it is important to have your printed receipt with you in order to enter the Speedway.
How do I get into the Speedway?
From International Speedway Blvd, turn onto North Williamson Blvd and enter Gate 40.

Where do I pick up our passes/credentials?
Once inside the Speedway, you and your guests must report to Registration in order to obtain your passes. This includes admission passes, pro pit passes, camping passes, etc.
I purchased passes for my family. Do they need to be present to pick them up?
Yes. All guests entering the facility must report to Rider Registration to obtain their credentials and sign the Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement. This is a legal document and is required to be signed by everyone, even kids.
I purchased passes for my family but they are coming late. Can I still register?
Yes, you can go ahead and register and get passes for yourself and whoever is with you. The remainder of your family can pick up their passes when they arrive. The passes will be held under the Rider's name.
I purchased passes for my family, but they are not coming until Sunday morning. Where do they need to go to get their passes?
Passes can be picked up Sunday morning from 6:30-8:00 AM at the Boardwalk Club Building. After 8:00 AM, they can be picked up at the Box Office at the entrance of the Fan Zone.
Where does my Pro SX ticket get me?
If you have a Pro SX ticket AND an Amateur SX armband, you can sit in the Pit Grandstands at Gate 134 located on the east side of Victory Lane (directly behind the Fan Zone), as well as pit access up until 5:30 pm. After 5:30 pm the Pro Pits go "Hot" and you must leave the pits.
If you only have a Pro SX ticket, you can sit in the GA Grandstands located on the Sprint Tower side of the racetrack, as well as pit access up until 5:30 pm. After 5:30 pm the Pro Pits go "Hot" and you must leave the pits. If you do not have an amateur armband, you are restricted to the general admission grandstands.
The grandstands located on the west side of Victory Lane (directly behind the Pro Paddock) are reserved for Pro Industry riders and guests, and you are not permitted to access these grandstands.
I did not buy tickets in advance for my family for the Pro SX and now I need some. How can I make sure they get the same tickets as mine?
Unfortunately, we cannot sell Pro-only Supercross passes. We only have pro tickets available through our amateur packages, so if your family members want to purchase the same pro passes that you have, they will have to purchase one of our packages that includes passes for the amateur event.

I arrived Friday and purchased a 4-day pass from DIS. What is this for?
This is a 4-day pass issued by Daytona International Speedway. It is good for 4 days of grandstand admission. It does not allow you into either the Pro Pits or Amateurs Pits. The only way to get into the Pro Pits or Amateur pits is to purchase a pass from MX Sports.
How can I sit on the road racetrack for the Pro SX?
You need a special ticket to sit on the road racetrack, which you can buy from the Ticket Office located at the entrance to the Fan Zone, as well as the Box Office located below the Sprint Tower. The fee is $15 in addition to your admission ticket.
We are not camping. Do we need a parking pass for our vehicle?
No. Only campers need a parking pass. If you are not leaving a vehicle onsite overnight, you do not need a camping pass. If you are leaving a vehicle onsite overnight, you will be required to purchase a pass, regardless if you are spending the night or not.
I am not camping. Where do I park?
Saturday the DIS staff will park you in the Road Course Infield. Sunday they will direct you to the truck pad to the left of the Pro Garages.
Where is Registration and how do I get there?
Registration will be held at the Boardwalk Club Building in the center of the infield adjacent to Lake Lynn. To get there from International Speedway Blvd, turn onto North Williamson Blvd and enter Gate 40. Drive straight into the facility through the tunnel and bear to the left. Registration will be on your right.

What do I do at Registration?
All riders must check-in at Registration. Minor riders must be present and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. You will check-in to the following stations:
Station 1: AMA
We will verify that your AMA membership is current. Every rider must be a current member of AMA. If you need to renew, we can help you do that.
Station 2: Transponders
This is where you pick up a transponder you reserved online or rent one.
Station 3: Entry Forms
We will swipe your AMA card on our Stealth Swiper System and print out your entry forms and minor releases (if applicable).
Station 4: Registration
You will turn in your signed entry form, sign the releases and get your Rider Packet. We will also issue you a Practice Sticker.
What do I do with the Practice Sticker?
The sticker will have a number on it representing the practice group you will be in. Put the Practice Sticker on the left chin of your helmet. If you're in more than one class and the classes practice together or close together, you may request an alternate practice group. We will place you with a group of comparable skill level and bike size.
What time is Practice?
Sunday/Monday 8:00 am daily
How many laps will we get for practice?
Sunday 5 Laps/Monday 3 laps.
Practice is weather permitting. There will only be one rotation through the Practice Schedule.
Is there a Riders' Meeting Sunday morning?Yes. There will be a Riders Meeting at Victory Lane immediately after Practice, most likely close to 10:30 am. If you are in one of the first few motos, come to Riders Meeting dressed to race.
What time does racing start?
Approximately 11:00 am, weather permitting.
Where do I go if I have questions on Sunday/Monday?
MX Sports Guest Services will be headquartered at the Sprint Inspection Garage located at the intersection of Pit Road and the Yellow Garage. Our MX Concierge will be happy to answer your questions.
Where can I find Trackside?
The Trackside Timing & Scoring Center will also be located at the Sprint Inspection Garage at the intersection of Pit Road and the Yellow Garage. That's where we will post the Race Order, Results, Gate Pics, etc. You can also get your Trackside Lap Times here.
My class has more than 28 riders. How do I find out what division I am in?
Class divisions will be selected by random computer draw and will be posted at the Sprint Inspection Garage Sunday morning after Registration closes.
How do I get lap times printed?
You can get copies of your lap times from the kiosk located in the Sprint Inspection Garage. Simply enter your transponder number on the touch screen and your reports will automatically print. Lap time reports are not official race results. Always check the posting board.
Where do I pick up my rented transponder?
You can pick up your rented transponder at Registration.
Where do I return my rented transponder?
In the Sprint Inspection Garage - the same garage where you get lap times printed.
Can I use a Pit Vehicle?
Golf carts are allowed, but you must be at least 18 years old to drive it. You will need to pick up a Cart Pass at Registration, but there is no fee. ATV's are not permitted. Also, there will be a strict 10:00 PM Pit Vehicle Curfew. Our riders need their rest.
Can I wash my bike at my pit area?
NO. A bike wash area is available in the truck lot located next to the Infield Care Center. The area will be equipped with power washers for your convenience.
Is there a radio station?
Yep. Tune into FM 106.5 to stay tuned in to race day action.
I love my dog. Can I bring her?
Yes, but only if you keep her at your campsite. Pets are not allowed into the Fan Zone or racetrack areas.
Is there a Ricky Carmichael University this year?
No. In order to expand the ever-growing amateur supercross race program, it was necessary to have two full days of racing. But Ricky is cool with it. He will still be on hand to bench-race with the riders, but class will not be in session this year. Let's hope we can get three days next year and bring it back!
