CHECK-IN PROCEDURES FOR PRE-REGISTERED RIDERS

We will be using a kiosk system to check-in all pre-entered riders through the following procedures:

  1. Racer will swipe their AMA card or type in their AMA number.
  2. Racer will enter their transponder number.
  3. Racer will confirm the classes they are registered for. Rider may change their bike brand and/or their racing number. If the number you select is already in taken, you will be asked to change your number. Numbers are on a first come, first serve basis.
  4. Once race information is complete and correct, rider will select PROCESS and rider waivers will be printed for the racer to sign. If the rider is a minor parents or guardian must also sign or a notarized letter of consent must accompany the individual acting on the behalf of the parents.
  5. The registration clerk will then take the signed waiver and check the rider or minor parents ID to provide the rider packet. ALL members receiving a ticket will need to be present to sign the waiver(s). If they are unable to be present we will hold their pass in order to obtain the signature. Additional passes may be purchased at that time.
